This workshop centers the practices of making and writing that originated in the Dada movement and connects the movement's historical significance to what community-based art is/can be today. Participants will get an overview of Dada art and writing principles and values as inspiration for creating poetry and/or visual art compositions in a new way. Participants will leave this workshop new skills and their own creations. This workshop is family-friendly with all supplies provided.
